Inspiration

Concept:Trying to make a relationship between people and the world, with time–shattered pieces as clues.

Outline:I keep walking from left to right, with the pace of clicks and specks (the BGM is
“sparks and specks”), seamlessly walking in and out of one scene after another (different
scenes will have different interactions), showing the experience and interactions of different
characters in different stages of their lives, with the character staying in the centre of the
camera. In the last scene, I walk towards the end of my life (the particles float away) and the
camera stops. While walking, a figurative 3d time cube floats/follows the person, and each
person spends time with them, giving and receiving their time (using different colours/
materials to differentiate between my time and other people’s time), and at the end of the
story, even though the time in their hands is consumed (end of life), the “I” is still in the
centre of the camera. At the end of the story, although the time in my hand is consumed (the
end of my life), the time that I share with others still exists, and I have the feeling that “as
long as there are still people in the world who remember me, I am not considered dead”, and
then the cycle starts again and again, as if this is the cycle of the world that “I” understand. I
understand how the world goes round and round.
